Service/Warranty QWIC bicycles
Dear Qwic dealers and drivers,
The bankruptcy of QWIC causes unnecessary unrest and certainly also many questions.Whereby; “What if there is something wrong with the brittle components on the bike?”
E-Mobility Service is Brose's service partner, where we handle warranty and service handling for every Brose e-bike part. This is where the brand makes QWIC of course also part of it.
Warranty claim:
In order to provide the best service, a diagnosis via the Brose service tool would help us best. This is available in our webshop.
However, we also understand that in some cases speed is important and you can submit this via our claim form, which is visible after login.

Please prepare the following information:
- Copy of sales invoice
- Video with audio and/or visual material of the complaint
- If the engine has already been removed from the bicycle, ensure that the warranty seal(s) are not broken or torn.
- If this is the case, please let us know in advance!
