Brose Service: Support for diagnosis and maintenance
Service. Certified dealers use the new Brose Service Tool for maintenance and accurate diagnosis of e-bikes with Brose components. From simple software update to complex technical solution: Now it is fast and efficient to solve problems directly in the workshop via the intuitive Service Tool interface.
Full dealer support. The Service Tool provides dealers with guided troubleshooting for drive, display and battery component diagnosis in the Brose Drive System. Manuals and a knowledge base also show repair paths. This makes it possible to quickly resolve most malfunctions.
However, if the error cannot be resolved, the dealer will send an online ticket to the Brose service team. Specialists help directly with the diagnosis via cloud access to the e-bike software. Using the Brose Service Tool, presets and precision adjustments can also be reproduced after a software update. And so the end customer goes on tour again with the usual Brose driving experience.
