When purchasing a new mid-motor, the component change is included.
We need the old engine to prepare the new one.
After your order we will provide you with a form to provide us with the correct information so that we can prepare the new one. Once completed, you will receive a shipping label to collect the old engine and we will return the new engine as soon as possible.
The old motor will be placed back into the recycling process by default, for both ecological and economic reasons. If you would like the old motor returned, you can indicate this when shipping the old motor; however, we will charge extra costs for this due to, among other things, the weight.
