Shipping + Returns

Shipping + costs:

We do everything we can to send your order as soon as possible, this will mainly be done via PostNL.

We always try to keep the costs for sending your order as low as possible. As a result, we have standardized all shipments to 1 amount per country.

The exact shipping costs of your order can be found in your shopping cart. The most important guidelines are:

- by parcel post within the Netherlands: € 7,30
- by parcel post Belgium or Luxembourg: € 10,20
- different shipping costs apply to other countries

Exception:

When purchasing a new drive unit, the shipping costs are free, including the shipping costs from the old engine to us.

 

Return:

We provide a warranty on all products and guarantee replacement in the event of material or. manufacturing defects, if insofar as this warranty is also provided by the manufacturer and/or importer of the products concerned. 

In case of such defect, you can return the products to us. 

*Always register returns with us for an RMA registration. You will then receive an RMA form by email. Without this form, your return may be delayed in the processing process.


We only accept returns of unused products, in the original packaging with outer box and returned to us free of charge. Returns must take place within 14 working days after delivery of the products to the customer.
