LOCTITE® 222 is a low strength threadlocker that allows adjustment of screws including countersunk and set screws.
Suitable for materials such as aluminum or brass where breakage could easily occur during disassembly.
The product is suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and surface treated materials.
It has a tolerance to light contamination from industrial oils, such as motor oil, anti-corrosion oil and cutting oil.
- Prevents loosening of vibrating assemblies, such as pumps, gearboxes or presses
- Particularly suitable for small wire sizes
